SLTV presents a short clip of Ajax Cape Town's head coach, Roger de Sa on the why development comes first at Ajax.
Abbubaker Mobara, Riyaad Norodien and Rivaldo Coetzee are three of the most highly rated youngsters to come out of Ikamva. All three players are involved with the South African U23 set-up and Coetzee being a Bafana Bafana regular at the age of 18.
When speaking about Rivaldo's development, De Sa stated that; "We as a club have probably given him 50 or 60 PSL games already, and that's where his real development comes in.
"No other 17-year-old would have had that opportunity elsewhere, " de Sa added.
