Pirates have already secured a spot in the semi-finals of the competition and will battle for top spot in Group B when they take on Zamalek in their final group stage game.
Ovono believes that Pirates have what it takes to win their encounter with Zamalek in Egypt and finish top of the group. The 22-year-old shot stopper also thinks that this squad has what it takes to go all the way and lift the Confederation Cup.
"This is a team that has shown resilience in African tournaments and, after the bitter taste of losing the Champions League in 2013, it is our time now."

"Nothing is impossible in life. When we started this competition, few gave us a chance and here we are now. We have absolute belief in ourselves and Zamalek, who beat us at home, are aware of our potential," Ovono said.
