The former Blaugrana wizard has been without a permanent club since leaving Fluminense by mutual consent in September 2015.
Brazilian Serie A side Coritiba have reportedly offered him a €88 000 salary (R1.3 million), as well as a house and private security, for him to return to playing regularly.
However, Mundo Deportivo have suggest that a return to his old club could stop a potential reunion with his former teammate Juliano Belletti, who now works as club chief for Coritiba.
The report claimed that Barcelona have offered Ronaldinho a permanent role as the club's ambassador after he represented the Catalan giants when they opened a new office in New York, US, recently.
In addition, he could also become a member of the Blaugrana's legends team, which would basically end his professional playing career.
Ronaldinho has only featured in sponsored events or charity games since leaving Fluminense, but his brother, who is also his agent, recently stated that he wants to return to top-level football in 2017.

Roberto de Assis will apparently meet with Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu on Thursday to discuss details of a possible Barcelona return, while Coritiba reportedly gave him until the beginning of February to decide whether or not to accept their contract offer.
