Yagan Sasman has secured a move to Swedish second tier side AFC Eskilstuna and his partner shared an heartening message upon their departure.
Sasman and his girlfriend Jade Jacobs were pictured at the airport, with the latter expressing her pride over the lanky defender's move and that his hard work has paid off.
"I couldn't contain myself and cried all morning before work - if I'm being completely transparent, I don't really know if I know why.. One thing is for certain though, you have always stood out on and off the field, and been soooo worthy of playing on an international level. Your hard work and consistency could never be overlooked and the feeling is soo surreal that you are exactly where you are meant and deserve to be," said Jacobs who added:
"Home is wherever you are, and I can't wait to restart together in a new country. I want the world to see what I see in you," added Sasman's proud girlfriend in her post.

Sasman is the latest South African baller to head to Sweden, joining former Cape Town City striker Wayde Lakay and Tashreeq Matthews.
