An update has been provided on a Kaizer Chiefs midfield ace who missed the team's most recent match.
On Saturday, as Amakhosi had their 53rd birthday celebrations spoiled after losing to Sekhukhune United, Arthur Zwane and the team had Siyethemba Sithebe as one of the players missing from the match day squad.

Sithebe, 30, had featured in 10 matches in Chiefs' DStv Premiership campaign going into the Babina Noko clash and while he had been an unused substitute in the previous fixture against Golden Arrows, the Newcastle-born star remains in the plans for Zwane and the club.
A source close to Chiefs, and speaking to the Siya crew, has provided a reason for no panic after the dreadlocked attacking midfielder missed the Sekhukhune match.

"He remains in the plans at Chiefs and he wasn't included for the Sekhukhune match because of a slight knock he picked in one of the training sessions but he will be back," said the source.
