Real Madrid 3-3 Manchester City

Real Madrid and Manchester City played out a classic after drawing 3-3 at the Santiago Bernabeu on Tuesday evening,

The big team news for City saw Kevin de Bruyne named on the bench as he was feeling unwell, with Pep Guardiola giving a start to Mateo Kovacic against his former side.

The hosts got off to the perfect start when Bernardo Silva caught everyone in the box by surprise by going for goal and instead of picking out a teammate in the 18-yard area.

Los Blancos got back on level terms in the 12th minute when Camavinga unleashed a strike from distance that deflected off Ruben Dias and sailed into the far corner.

The hosts took the lead two minutes later when Vinicius Junior released countryman Rodrygo, who raced clear on goal and bundled the ball past Stefan Ortega.

After a lively first half, City hit back in the 66th minute when the in-form Phil Foden found the top corner with a lovely strike from the edge of the box.

The Bernabeu was stunned into silence once again four minutes later when Joško Gvardiol collected a pass from Jack Grealish before finding the back of the net with a superb strike from distance.

However, Carlo Ancelotti's men did get themselves back on level terms thanks to a wonderful volley from Federico Valverde after getting on the end of Vinicius' cross.

Arsenal 2-2 Bayern Munich

Arsenal and Bayern Munich battled to a 2-2 draw in the first leg at the Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners made two changes from the win over Brighton & Hove Albion as Gabriel Martinelli and Jakub Kiwior came in for Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko.

The home side got the breakthrough after 12 minutes as Bukayo Saka collected a pass from Ben White before curling the ball into the far corner.

Bayern got back on level terms in the 18th minute after pouncing on possession turnover, as Leroy Sane played in Leon Goretzka who teed up for Gunners winger Serge Gnabry for the composed finish.

The visitors completed the turnaround in the 32nd minute when former Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane converted a penalty after Sane was brought down by William Saliba.

The Guuners got back on level terms in the 76th minute when substitutes combined, with Jesus showed good footwork to set up Leandro Trossard who sent a first-time finish into the far corner.

Bayern nearly secured the win in the 90th minute but Kingsley Coman saw his flick crash against the upright, while the Gunners also had a late penalty call denied by the referee.
