Spain & Brazil Play Out 6-Goal Thriller, Bellingham Rescues England

Spain 3-3 Brazil

Spain and Brazil played out a six-goal thriller at the Santiago Bernabeu on Tuesday night.

The home side raced into a two-goal lead after Rodri converted a penalty in the 12th minute, before Dani Olmo doubled the lead after 36 minutes.

Selecao did give themselves some hope before the break when Rodrygo pulled goal back with a lovely finish from distance after latching onto Unai Simon's poor pass.

Brazil got back on level terms five minutes after the break when Endrick made it two goals in two games with a lovely first-time volley in the box.

Spain thought had the final laugh as Rodri converted a penalty in the 87th minute to put the side 3-2 up, but Lucas Paqueta popped up with the equaliser in the fifth minute of time added on.

England 2-2 Belgium

England struck late in the second half to draw 2-2 with Belgium at Wembley Stadium.

The visitors broke the deadlock after ten minutes when Onana pounced on Jordan Pickford's poor clearance and played in Youri Tielemans, who drilled into the bottom corner.

The hosts got back on level terms in the 17th minute after being awarded a penalty, which Ivan Toney converted on his first start for the national side.

However, Belgium went into the break with the lead when Romelu Lukaku got the better of Lewis Dunk before delightfully picking out Tielemans, who headed home at the far post.

With the game seemingly headed for a Belgium win, Jude Bellingham popped up with the equaliser in the 95th minute with a composed finish in the box.

Germany 2-1 Netherlands

Germany secured back-to-back wins in the international break after defeating the Netherlands 2-1 at Deutsche Bank Park.

The Dutch opened the scoring on four minutes when Joey Veerman found the back of th net, while Maximilian Mittelstadt levelled matters for thehome side in the 11th minute.

The Germans waited until the 85th minute to get the winning goal, with Nico Fullkrug firing past Bart Verbruggen.

Slovenia 2-0 Portugal

Portugal continued their preparations for the European championship with a 2-0 defeat to Slovenia.

Cristiano Ronaldo was back in the side after missing the big win over Sweden on Thursday evening.

After a goalless first half, goals from Adam Gnezda Cerin and Timi Max Elšnik seealed the win for the home side.

France 3-2 Chile

France got back to winning ways after defeating Chile 3-2 at the Orange Vélodrome.

The visitors took the lead after just six minutes when Marcelino Nunez fired home, before Youssef Fofana restored parity for France on 18 minutes.

The hosts completed the turnaround on 25 minutes when Randal Kolo Muani found the back of the net.

Olivier Giroud added a third goal in the 72nd minute after being set up by Kolo Muani, while Darío Osorio bagged a late consolation for the visitors.
