Starting XI: Nigeria V Mozambique

Both Nigeria and Mozambique will be looking for their first wins of the 2014 CAF African Nations Championship as they lock horns in a Group A match at Cape Town Stadium on Wednesday.

Both teams come into their second match of the tournament off the back of defeats after Nigeria lost 2-1 to Mali and Mozambique lost 3-1 to South Africa.

Nigeria will be confident of bouncing back against Mozambique who have never managed a win over the Super Eagles.

The two teams have met 12 time son the international stage with Nigeria winning nine times and the other three games ending in draws.

Mozambique, though, will be eager to prove a point especially against one of the powerhouses of Africa and will not go down without a fight.

The other match in Group A, also on Wednesday which was played earlier on between South Africa and Mali ended 1-1.

Nigeria: Chigozie Agbim, Solomon Kwambe, Bright Eseme, Ogonna Uzochukwu, Odunlami Kunle, Azubuike Egwuekwe, Ejike Uzoenyi, Rabiu Ali, Abdullahi Shehu, Ifeanyi Ede, Fuad Gbolahan Salami.

Mozambique: Victor Soares, Francisco Mioche, Dário Ivan Khan, Daniel Almiro Lobo, Manuel Uetimane, Joaquim Tomas Chimene, Manuel Fernandes, António Alberto, Saddan Guambe, Tiago Machaisse Josemar, Simamuna Mario.
