Word reaching the Siya crew is that Ajax Cape Town's Head of Technical Affairs, Jan Pruijn is on the verge of leaving the club.
The Dutchman has been a long-term servant of the club, spending many years at Ikamva and helping to form one of the best youth academies in the country.
However, it seems that he could face a future without the club, with news reaching the crew that he may have been let go by the Urban Warriors and could well leave at the turn of the year.
The crew spoke to Pruijn, who said, "It's not just rumours, I may be leaving, but nothing has been decided yet."
Pruijn, who also spent a period as the club's head coach, still has an extra two years left to run on his Ajax contract, although it seems that the club are willing to pay him out of the rest of his deal in order to bring somebody new into his place.
While Pruijn's exit is yet to be confirmed, it seems that the Cape Town-based club may make a decision on his future soon, and may have someone else in mind to take over his position.
The Dutch coach has overseen some major changes at the Ajax academy, helping to nurture some of South Africa's most talented players in recent years.
