A Closer Look At Five Chiefs Tormentors

Having scored a brace against Kaizer Chiefs this weekend, Knox Mutizwa climbed up the rankings as one of the players who have scored the most against Amakhosi; however, he still has a way to go to catch up to number one.

Some players relish the opportunity of coming up against one of the biggest clubs in the country.

There is no bigger occasion than facing the Glamour Boys, who despite their lack of trophies in recent seasons, still manage to draw large crowds, particularly when they play away from home.

Chiefs have had a few thorns in their side in terms of players who frequently score against them and none more so than Bradley Grobler.

The 'Sniper' as Grobler is known, has found the back of the net on 10 occasions against Chiefs and has registered three assists in 22 matches against Amakhosi.

Slightly behind him with nine goals and three assists is Mamelodi Sundowns hit man Peter Shalulile who has faced the Glamour Boys 13 times.

Kermit Erasmus, with seven goals and three assists is another who loves scoring against the men from Naturena, while Mutizwa's recent brace took his tally against Chiefs to six goals from 14 appearances.

Wrapping up the top five is AmaZulu and Bafana Bafana forward Victor Letsoalo, who has managed six goals in 12 appearances against Chiefs.
