Pirates are finalising their preparations for the first leg semi-final tie of their CAF Confederation Cup campaign against the Egyptian giants on Saturday.
Bibo, as Ntshumayelo is known in football circles, is one of the players that have been struggling with injuries at Pirates.
The Buccaneers, who will be without their captain Oupa Manyisa on Saturday, confirmed that Brighton Mhlongo is still unavailable for Eric Tinkler's team.
"Oupa Manyisa and Brighton Mhlongo have been ruled out of contention for the Buccaneers due to injuries, while Thandani Ntshumayelo, who is also injured remains doubtful for selection," Pirates confirmed on the club's official website.
Bucs will also be without Happy Jele and Siyabonga Sangweni for the CAF game. The two defenders are suspended.
"Happy Jele is automatically suspended and will serve a one-match suspension for having received two cautions in two different matches in the frame of this competition.
"Siyabonga Sangweni is automatically suspended for two matches, meaning he is unavailable for both the first and second leg of the semi-finals. Sangweni received a one-match suspension for having accumulated two yellow cards within the same frame of the competition.
