One of Serie A's most wanted stars has reportedly told his club he wants to join Premier League giants Manchester United.

According to Italian publication Corriere dello Sport, Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic wants to move to the 2016/17 Europa League champions, and has already agreed personal terms with them.
Newly-appointed Inter boss Luciano Spalletti is keen to keep hold of the Croatian international, but the 28-year-old has apparently told him he intends to join Jose Mourinho's side.
It is expected that Perisic will double his earnings if he joins the English giants, where he could earn £100 000 (R1.6 million) a week.
The Nerazzurri apparently want at least £44 million (R713 million) for their star player, but might be forced into accepting far less.
The Red Devils are said to be prepared to offer the Italian club about £35 million (R567 million) for the Croatian, but could face some stiff competition from Paris Saint-Germain.

The 28-year-old, who scored 11 goals and provided 11 assists in Serie A last season, is under contract at the San Siro until 2020.
