The Portuguese, who recently helped Los Blancos claim their third UEFA Champions League trophy in four years, is reportedly hot property in China.
Ronaldo extended his Real contract until June 2021 last year, but he will apparently soon be offered a world-record salary from an unnamed Chinese club, according to AS.
It has been claimed that Ronaldo will receive a contract offer worth €120 million (R1.7 billion) a year, with Los Blancos set to be offered a world-record €200 million (R2.9 billion) transfer fee.
A Chinese club allegedly offered CR7:

Per year €120m
Per month €10m
Per week €2.3m
Per day €329000
Per hour €13700
Per min €228

The audacious offer would be more than double Ronaldo's current reported annual salary of wages plus bonus payments (€51 million, R734 million, according to Forbes), and also much higher than his salary, bonus payments and endorsement deals combined (€83 million, R1.2 billion, according to Forbes).
It would not be the first time Ronaldo has been linked with crazy money from China – in January, his agent Jorge Mendes confirmed Los Blancos received a massive offer for the striker.
"Real Madrid have received an offer for Cristiano, but he himself rejected the offer because money isn't everything. Real Madrid is his life," Mendes told AS at the time.

The reported €120 million offer from China would see Ronaldo earn thrice as much as world football's current top earner Carlos Tevez, who apparently pockets €40 million (R576 million) a year at Shanghai Shenhua in China.
