Arsenal maintained their winning start to pre-season, as they recorded a 3-1 win over Western Sydney Wanderers at the ANZ Stadium on Saturday.
Alexandre Lacazette was handed his first start for the Gunners, while Olivier Giroud and Alex Oxalde-Chamberlain were also included in the side.
As expected, the Gunners enjoyed a lot of possession in the opening stages of the encounter but they were finding it tough to carve out clear-cut chances.
Arsenal eventually broke the deadlock in the 33rd minute as Nacho Monreal burst into the box before picking out Giroud, who slotted home from six-yards out.
The lead was doubled six minutes later as Monreal grabbed another assist by crossing for Aaron Ramsey, who lobbed the ball over Janjetovic.
Arsene Wenger's men managed to get a third goal on the stroke of halftime when Mohamed Elneny's strike deflected off Brendan Hamill and sailed into the back of the net.
The home side managed to pull a goal back in the 59th minute as Steven Lustica slotted home from close range after his initial effort was blocked.
Wenger made 10 changes to his side with 20 minutes remaining, as they look to see out the result in Sydney.
The Gunners nearly bagged a fourth goal int he 84th minute when Mesut Ozil's free-kick crashed against the upright.
Nevertheless, the score remained 3-1 to the Premier League outfit at the full-time whistle.
