The draw for the group stage phase of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations threw up some interesting clashes.
The draw took place in Rabat, Morocco on Monday evening, with a number of coaches from the teams in attendance.

The tournament is set to get underway on 21 December 2025 and will conclude with the final on 18 January 2026.
Tournament hosts Morocco will get the tournament underway against Comoros.
Meanwhile, defending champions Ivory Coast have been put in a tough group with rivals Cameroon.
