Soweto Giants Come Together To Pay Respect To Winnie Mandela

The late Winnie Madikizela-Mandela's memorial service took place at her home in Soweto yesterday, and both Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates were present to pay their respects to the struggle icon. Have you seen it?

Pirates took to Twitter to post the following: "Led by the two captains, coaches technical staff, the Soweto Giants paid their respects to the late ANC anti-activist, Mama Winnie Mandela, at her home in Orlando West, Soweto."

Have a look:

The Amakhosi took to their Instagram account and posted a picture Itumeleng Khune and Happy Jele holding a wreath in front of various dignitaries, and captioned the image by saying: "#situationrightnow the two Soweto giants showing respect to the late Mrs Winnie Madikizela-Mandela at her home in Soweto #ourheartsamdsouls #ripwinniemandela."

Check it out:

What do you think of the Soweto giants coming together in memory of Winnie Mandela?
