Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has signed a contract extension with the Rojiblancos, and will stay with them until 2020.

The Spanish side announced that their manager has extended his stay at the club on Tuesday morning, which might surprise some fans given his links with Serie A's Inter Milan.

Simeone joined the club as their manager in 2011, and has won five trophies since, and reached two UEFA Champions League finals too.
