A Controversial super-agent has advised Lionel Messi to leave FC Barcelona and prove his quality somewhere else.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Romelu Lukaku and Paul Pogba's representative, Mino Raiola, feels that, instead of signing a new deal at the Camp Nou, the Argentine should try something new at the end of this season.
"A player like Messi must try another experience with a different club and prove how great he is," Raiola said, as quoted by Marca.
"Barcelona must be reinvented."
The super agent also gave his opinion on the crazy transfer fees the market is currently seeing, pointing out that Neymar's move to Paris Saint-Germain has set a dangerous precedent.
"The market, as such, no longer exists. Now it is countries who are signing players, and that isn't football," he added.
"But transfers of 200 million euros are going to be normal from now on, and it won't be crazy to see that."

Messi is currently in the final year of his current contract, and although he has agreed to a new deal, he has not put pen to paper.
