SABC and SAFA needs to squash their beef

South African Football Association (SAFA) and the South African Broadcasting Corparation (SABC) need to squash their beef for the sake of the public. The public broadcaster is allegedly cash strapped. But I personally don't buy into their story. SABC can't afford to broadcast national teams but they were too quick to snap the English Premier League rights to broadcast English football. In the wake of fake news- one wouldn't dare- to question my sanity when I first thought that was fake news. Where do they [SABC] got the money to purchase EPL rights while they weep over bankruptcy? SABC management came out guns blazing to defend their black out stunts. Even an average football follower won't be convinced by the SABC's utterance. SABC needs to take another angle to give the public a more clearer picture. On the other hand the mother body of local football is bulldozing its way into the SABC. Apparently SAFA is asking way too much for an average Bafana Bafana that is far from convincing in their games. The two institutions have to put their bloated egos aside and give the public what's due to the public. They sit in their air conditioned offices deciding on behalf of the public. The SABC black out has hit the public hard. Not everyone can afford the prepaid television channel.
