As reported by AS, Modric's new home covers some 10 000 square metres, and includes nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

The house has two floors, with the second floor allocated for guests, who have a 180-seater cinema to make use of while kids can enjoy a play area that has swings and a climbing wall installed.
