Golden Arrows finally confirmed Lehlohonolo Seema as their new coach and Ntokozo Sikhakhane has commented on the task at hand.
Abafana Bes'thende had one of their best seasons during the 2019/20 campaign, finishing in the top four, which resulted in coach Mandla Ncikazi being snatched up by Orlando Pirates
The appointment of Seema came as a surprise to many in the fraternity.
KZN legend, Sikhakhane believes as much as Seema is a good coach who fits well at Arrows, the expectations are high and how he performs will be under scrutiny.
"It will be hard for coach Seema, the biggest challenge is to achieve more than what coach Mandla Ncikazi. If there are not improved results, people will start jugding him," Sikhakhane tells the Siya crew.
"He has to make sure the team is consistent, do better than last season and keep producing talent as Arrows been doing, it a very difficult task which will either make or break him"
"I hope he does well, the good thing he is someone who believes in local players and allows them to be themselves. His record in Bloemfontein Celtic says a lot. I can't say about Chippa United and Black Leopards because he didnt have time."
