Namibian football legend Robert Nauseb thinks that Peter Shalulile is being marketed for a potential European move by Highlands Park with their R30 million price tag.
After emerging as one of the leading strikers in the league this season, having scored 12 goals in the Absa Premiership, Shalulile has been valued at R30 million by the Lions of the North.
For his impressive showing, the Namibian forward is believed to be on the radar of some clubs, including defending league champions Mamelodi Sundowns as reported in edition 1177 of Soccer Laduma.
"Maybe that's marketing price for the boy to go to Europe. Maybe that's what they want. Highlands Park's standpoint from the beginning was that he is not for sale. So, they are possibly saying, 'Okay, you want the player and we have said to you he is not for sale, but if you are ready to put R30 million, you can have him.' That's the game they are playing," said Nauseb.
