Vinicius Junior: Atletico Madrid Players Tried To Bite Me In My First Madrid Derby

Real Madrid attacker Vinicius Junior has revealed Atletico Madrid players tried to bite him in his first Madrid derby encounter.

The two Madrid giants do battle in LaLiga on Saturday, with Los Blancos looking to end Atletico's unbeaten start to the 2020/2021 season.

Vinicius, who is likely to feature on Saturday, got his first derby experience in the B team and he has revealed it was tougher than he expected.

"I thought the rivalry was more between the first teams, but they (Atleti's B team) fouled me more than 20 times and they tried to bite me!" the Madrid winger was quoted as saying by Marca.
