Sancho is close to joining United after agreeing almost every detail of a move to Old Trafford, The Sun has reported.
The Red Devils are believed to be willing to make the 19-year-old Borussia Dortmund sensation their new poster boy, and have reportedly promised him the iconic No. 7 shirt.
The English giants, though, still need to agree to a fee with BVB, with the Bundesliga club said to be holding out for more than the £89 million (R2.1 billion) United paid for Paul Pogba.

Meanwhile, according to the Irish Independent, United are prepared to pay the youngster a massive deal worth £400 000 (R9.3 million) a week, which would make him the English top flight's top earner.
It would also more than double his Dortmund wages, and make him Europe's highest-paid U21 star – a title currently held by Kylian Mbappe.
The French wonderkid is believed to earn £325 000 (R7.6 million) a week at Paris Saint-Germain, more than any other U21 player across Europe.
Atletico Madrid's Joao Felix follows in second place with a weekly salary of £255 000 (R5.9 million) following his big-money move from Benfica to the Rojiblancos ahead of this campaign, while Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt completes the top three after agreeing a contract worth £245 000 (R5.7 million) a week when he joined the Serie A giants.
