The Siya crew previously revealed that the Egyptian giants had submitted big bids for the 19-year-old winger.
Wits CEO Jose Ferreira confirmed earlier in the week that the club had received offers from local and overseas clubs.
Egyptian outlet, Yallakora.com report that the fee is worth $1.3 million (R17m) although this has not been confirmed.
The South African transfer window slammed shut on 31 August 2017, however the The Egyptian transfer deadline will only close on September 14th.
It's thought that there is a long-term deal on the table for the talented teen.
