With Liverpool currently eighth in the Premier League having recorded six straight defeats at Anfield, the club's stance on Jurgen Klopp's future on Merseyside has reportedly been revealed.
Questions regarding the German tactician's future in England have been asked in recent weeks, amid the Reds' dreadful run of form in the Premier League.
Having previously gone 62 games unbeaten at home in the league, Liverpool have now been defeated in six EPL matches in a row at their home ground, with their latest loss coming against Fulham this past weekend.
Despite the Premier League champions being in almost unrecognisable form, the Daily Telegraph has reported that the club has privately dismissed speculation of a Klopp exit.
Rather than seeing Liverpool's current run as a consequence of a lack of trust and direction, the board is believed to view the team's recent dip as something of an anomaly. It is further claimed the German tactician will be backed to turn the Reds' fortunes around by improving the squad in the next transfer window.
A number of players have been linked with the English giants, while several first-team stars could be nearing the end of their time with the club, with Mohamed Salah said to be one of them.
The Egyptian superstar is believed to be frustrated at Liverpool for a few reasons, with Reds legend Robbie Fowler recently suggesting that the 28-year-old should be allowed to leave if he has his sights set on an exit.
"I'm not having a go at Salah – I love him to bits – but I truly believe that transfers now are largely about what players want, so the ball is in his court, not Liverpool's," he told the Daily Mirror.
"If he wants to go, then he should go. If a player wants to leave, we have to accept it's in the mix. I'm a firm believer that if they are unhappy and want to be going, then they should be going. Jurgen Klopp has said the same, too – he doesn't want anyone at the club who doesn't want to be there."
