Bidvest Wits will be missing both Thulani Hlatshwayo and Buhle Mkhwanazi for tonight's clash against Maritzburg United, and the two absences have cost them in the past.
Bidvest Wits Will Be Without Buhle Mkhwanazi & Thulani Hlatshwayo Tonight

Since "Tyson" and Mkhwanazi have been at Wits together, there have been only two Absa Premiership games in which they have both been missing, with both coming this season.
Against SuperSport United and Cape Town City, Gavin Hunt's men were without their first choice centre backs, and ended up conceding five goals and losing both games. Tonight, against Maritzburg United, with Hlatshwayo suspended and Mkhwanazi injured, they will be hoping for a better result.
The Clever Boys have kept clean sheets in seven of the 11 games Mkhwanazi has played so far this season, compared to just two in the six he's missed, while they have failed to win 11 of the 16 fixtures Hlatshwayo has missed over the past two campaigns.
Hunt used Bongani Khumalo and Siboniso Gaxa as his centre pairing against Matsatsantsa and City, although, given the abovementioned results, it remains to be seen if he will adopt the same approach this evening.
Wits will go top of the league if they avoid defeat tonight, but their position over the Africa Cup of Nations break will depend on City's result against Free State Stars tomorrow.
