Cape Town City have announced their captain for the 2016-2017 Absa Premiership season.

The Mother City outfit have confirmed that Lebogang Manyama will don the captain's armband in the club's first campaign in the Absa Premiership.
Manyama spent the 2015-2016 season on loan at Mpumalanga Black Aces from SuperSport United, the club then relocated to Cape Town and he has since joined on a permanent basis.

Eric Tinkler's charges begin their Absa Premiership campaign against Polokwane City on Tuesday, 23 August at the Cape Town Stadium.
