Kaizer Chiefs winger George Lebese is confident that the team won't take the clash against Maritzburg United for granted, and says it will be as tough as any fixture they're set to play.
Chiefs will host Maritzburg at the FNB Stadium on Saturday in the Telkom Knockout, where they will look to go all the way in the competition after finishing off last season's campaign as runners-up to TKO champions Mamelodi Sundowns.
"All the matches are tough and playing against Maritzburg in a knockout competition will be even tougher, but we will be ready come Saturday," he said, according to the club's official website.
"We have been doing well in terms of the performances. We are now winning matches and we are having good momentum."
Regarding his own fitness, he continued, "I'm working very hard with the trainers and hope to stay injury free this season. Last season's injuries slowed my game down, but I'm optimistic that things will be ok this time around."
