Chiefs Monitoring Billiat’s Situation At Downs

According to Siya sources, Kaizer Chiefs are monitoring Khama Billiat’s situation at Mamelodi Sundowns. The attacking midfielder and Masandawana are in a contract stalemate with Billiat set to enter the last six months of his contract in January. He could sign a pre-contract with a new club in January and Chiefs could try to pounce on him, while Downs could even try to seal him this window.

Manyama Wants Big-Money Downs Move

2016/17 PSL Player of the Season Lebogang Manyama has told Cape Town City he wants to move to Mamelodi Sundowns, according to Siya sources. Despite club chairman John Comitis insisting that his superstar is not for sale, Manyama has other plans. Pitso Mosimane is a big admirer of the 26-year-old and Downs are understood to have submitted an official double offer for Manyama and Aubrey Ngoma.

Permit Issues Shouldn’t Hold Up Rivaldo’s Celtic Move

As reported in this week’s issue of Soccer Laduma, Rivaldo Coetzee’s visa situation shouldn’t be an issue. Celtic boss Brandon Rodgers is reportedly keen on bringing in the Ajax Cape Town defender, but need to act swiftly to complete a deal before the window closes.
