Boooooooooooth! He's here, he's tall, and he's ready to answer your questions!
Matthew Booth has been an integral part of our football, and a positive symbol for South Africa, for a long time. He captained the U23 Olympic team that went to Sydney in 2000 and beat Brazil 3-2. Locally, he has played for Mamelodi Sundowns, Ajax Cape Town, and Bidvest Wits. Overseas, he had a brief stint with Wimbledon and also played in Russia for Rostov and Krylia Sovetov.
Booth was also part of the 2010 World Cup squad, and scored an international goal against Malawi. The Fish Hoek-born defender, weirdly enough, made his debut for Bafana Bafana under the guidance of Shakes Mashaba during one of his previous tenures as coach.
And now you get to ask him anything you want! Post your questions below, and we will choose the best to ask him.
