Bloemfontein Celtic will be in the Mother City tonight as they take on Cape Town City in the opening round of the Telkom Knockout. It will be no easy task but Siwelele will come equipped with their 12th man – the supporters.
Supporters Club caught up with Bloemfontein Celtic superfan Botha Msila to see what the mood of the faithful ahead of tonight's game is like.
"I want to urge all Siwelele faithful: when we unite we are going forward, but divided we will fall. Let us unite and support our team. We are the only team in the PSL who knows how to support our team, even when the chips are down. We are the only team in the PSL that knows the role of a supporter," he said.
"I'm saying to Siwelele, let us rally behind the team. They are going through a rough patch at the moment, but that is when they need us the most, so let us start by filling the Cape Town Stadium tonight. The coach has eluded to the fact that they are not doing well and are working on that.
"I am driving as I'm talking to you, driving to Cape Town, and I should be there by 5pm."
