'The Problem At Chiefs Is Far Bigger Than We Think'

On Wednesday night, a titanic clash concluded in a 1-1 draw. SuperSport United against Kaizer Chiefs was a highly anticipated game with an unanticipated result, and the supporters are not satisfied this morning. It was a better showing from the Glamour Boys, but one of the supporter thinks there is a larger issue at play.

"The problem at Chiefs is far bigger than we think, everyone is to blame. The players are so inconsistent, I don't know if it's 'player power' or if they fail to comprehend and execute the coach's plan. The coach himself has tactics that do not make sense and sometimes substitutions that are questionable. The less said about the team manager the better, Bobby is a dismal failure as far as player acquisitions are concerned. Lastly is Mr Kaizer Snr and the whole board of directors for keeping quiet while the dignity of this big brand goes down the drain. At this time, Chiefs was supposed to actually be competing in Africa with the likes of TP Mazembe, Al Ahly, Esperance and so forth, as they will have won everything domestically... Look at them now, scrapping for results, mxm!" – sir-benz

It seems that, despite an improved performance from Amakhosi, it still falls below the expected standards of the Khosi Nation. Wednesday night's result brings the tally to five games without a victory for Chief – the second time this has happened in Komphela's era...

Do you agree with this supporter's sentiments? Are there many elements at play in Chiefs' poor performances?
