We continue to choose the Get Published writer of the week and give them a little footballing exam. This week, we spoke to Jonnybee50 and his second question is: Do you think that Irvin Khoza should have looked for a new head coach first before bringing in an assistant?
"I think Mr Khoza did right not to appoint a head coach, because remember no one knew that Mushin was going to quit his job.
"So I applaud his decision of appointing an interim coach who can take charge for the time being, whilst they are busy searching for a candidate who's got qualities to guide Bucs to success," he added.
"Furthermore, appointing someone in sense of agency can haunt you later, when that particular individual in not living up to expectation.
"Knowing that terminating someones contract comes at a price," he ended.
