'Shabba's Left Foot Has Unfinished Business At Chiefs'

Kaizer Chiefs and the Khosi Nation in general have had a blissful weekend. Amakhosi overcame Bloemfontein Celtic 4-1 in the Macufe Cup, a fourth consecutive victory for the Glamour Boys and another trophy in the cabinet. Albeit not a serious one, it's an achievement nonetheless.

One of our online supporters gives us his analysis of the game, and what it means for the future of the club. Give it a read and let us know what you think!

"Honestly! What a good practice match it was. You know, I would say it's useless to bring players to the team but not give them game time just to show what they're made of. Did you guys see Edmore Chirambadare? That guy has poison, he was just giving us the highlights of what he can do in serious matches. I wish the coach can also give my boy Emmanuel (Adebayor) Letlotlo more game time once he's back from injury. I really believe in this boy, he has goals written on his face. Keagan Buchanan also had a very good game and he promised us that this is just the beginning, there's more to come. You know, guys, when Shabba is present, there's life in this team. I mean, his contribution can easily be noticed. I mean, you can see that his left foot still has unfinished business at Chiefs. Honestly, Shabba makes the Khosi Nation bus move toward its destination. Guys, the reality is that our team is starting to find its rhythm. Of course, we are not 100% yet. But like I said, we are not good, and we are not bad. But we are slowly getting there. This is a work in progress. One step at a time. I wonder if Ekstein heard that Pitso has banned the showboating in the PSL. Perhaps he was just doing it because it was just a friendly match. Yes, indeed, it was a good practice match. Honestly!" – Honestkhosi
