Reader’s Voice: Lorch Must Go!

With news doing the rounds of Orlando Pirates and Bafana star, Thembinkosi Lorch being linked with a move to Europe, fans have voiced their opinions regarding the possible move.

Speculation around ‘Nyoso’s’ future continue to heat up as the midfielder garners European interest.

It is reported that no less than three European teams, including Percy Tau’s Club Brugge, are interested in bring the 26-year-old on board.

Lorch has had a phenomenal 2018/19 season that saw him pick up a host of awards, as well as star for Bafana at the recent AFCON.

Fans have weighed in and feel as though now is the right time for the Free State born man to make the next step in his career, unlike Siphiwe Tshabalala who moved abroad at age 33.

“Let the boy go, he is 26 years. Age is not on his side. The boy must go and make money...and see the world of football. Toulouse can be the right place for him.”
