The Soweto Derby has come and gone. The most coveted match in South Africa took centre stage on Saturday afternoon, and the result was not pleasing for some supporters.
"It was disappointing because we wanted goals!" Buccaneer faithful Rasta Yeko said.
"Even if it was going to end in a draw, a 2-2 draw would have been better.
"The game was good and the players did have many chances, but both sides could not convert their chances.
"The Pirates team showed great signs. Riyaad Norodien and Edwin Gyimah were my favourite players on the day.
"But I was crying when I heard that Luvuyo Memela had to be replaced because he fell ill.
"I just hope that my team fixes their problems in the frontline, and that we convert all of our chances."
