Pirates Fan: 'Why Don't Chiefs Supporters Realise The Power They Have?'

The Khosi Nation is weeping; it has been a barren season. The Gold and Beautiful have experienced many lows, peppered with a couple of wins. The supporters are disheartened and they want change; maybe it's time they stop wanting it and start demanding it, as suggested by a Buccaneer.

"'I didn't put a CV in for this job – this is a family business' (a recent quote from Bobby Motaubg). It's comments like these that get one disheartened as a supporter," Orlando Pirates fan and Soccer Laduma user Ant_55 said.

"We buy jerseys, attend stadiums, gamble and stake our reputations for the clubs that represent our neighborhoods, personalities and cultures."

He clearly illustrated the state of disillusion the Khosi Nation is currently experiencing with management, in particular Bobby Motaung.

Many supporters cannot fathom how a team with Kaizer Chiefs' capital can fail to make quality signings or win any silverware coming off a championship-winning season.

When things go wrong, all the fingers tend to point at management; this is not necessarily fair, but this time it appears to be the majority of Chiefs' supporters consensus. And Ant_55 thinks Amakhosi fans have more of a say in the family business than they think – all they need is unity.

"And to have this #$%^$# behave in the way he has surely begs the question: Why aren't Chiefs realising their power? If they stood firm and petitioned, Chiefs wouldn't have a choice but to let Bobsteak leave. From a Pirates supporter," Ant_55 concluded.

Do you think the management at Naturena would listen to collective action from the supporters? No matter which team you support, do you feel like your club takes you seriously enough as a supporter?
