Ndulula – Can Dan Turn A Caterpillar Into A Butterfly?

There are plenty of players aimlessly roaming the streets following the mass exodus at Kaizer Chiefs, when 20 players were effectively released from their contracts. One such player was Bongani Ndulula, who has since secured a deal with Chippa United. The supporters are engaged in a fierce debate over whether or not Dan "Dance" Malesela can turn the striker into the player he was meant to be,

Most supporters have taken the humorous approach to the situation following Ndulula's exit. He spent most of the season on the bench, and scored no goals in five appearances for Amakhosi. This gives him the odd statistic of having scored more goals against Chiefs than for them.

"If you score against us, we will sign you and punish you with the bench all season again and release you on a free." – Dunu-Rtas-Slayer

Others aren't sure who will have the last laugh in this situation, Steve Komphela or Dan Malesela... Ndulula was a star for the national U23s and AmaZulu before going to Pirates, and then eventually moving on to Chiefs. Many believe Dance is the kind of coach who can reignite the flame in the young dangerman.

"Dan Malesela can turn a caterpillar into a butterfly, he will help him get back to his feet and make him a better player." – Rawuwalekhosi

"If he doesn't perform in his first six months at Chippa, then he must just leave football." – Lwandilefm

Do you think Ndulula will be a different striker for Chippa? Or is it already too late for him to rediscover his scoring touch?
