Orlando Pirates look set to be a completely new club next season. There have already been a number of players released and a number of new players signed. On top of this, the team has a new coach and assistant coach altogether. We discuss the supporters' expectations.
Supporters Club caught up with devout Orlando Pirates supporter Jwarha to find out what the supporters think, in particular, of the new addition of Bradley Carnell as the assistant coach of the Buccaneers.
"We are happy. We welcome everyone to the family with open arms," he said.
"Bradley used to be part of the opposition, but now he is on the right side and we welcome him. He comes with a lot of experience, he played a big role in the Varsity Cup. He was also instrumental for Free State Stars, and let's not forget all the great things he did for Bafana Bafana. We trust him already.
"We are sad to see Moloi redeployed as he is a legend of the club, but we know he will still be somewhere in the structures.
"We are so excited for the new season, we have gone for way too long without a trophy.
"Muhsin is going to change everything and we are expecting good service delivery from him."
Do you think Carnell will be a good addition to the Buccaneers' technical team?
