'Komphela Not Afraid Of Benching Parker/Shabba/Masilela'

Happier days abound for Kaizer Chiefs. The Glamour Boys have now enjoyed their fourth successive victory following their 2-0 win over Ajax Cape Town over the weekend. What has accounted for them turning the corner?

Just what has made the difference in results is up for debate, but what is not in doubt is that the large and vibrant sea of supporters who make up the Khosi Nation are jubilant at the turn of events.

"Well done Amakhosi, keep it up and you are going to be crowned champs again." – Soccer "Diski" Fan

"Dankie, Khosi, for the three points, just keep on piling them and we'll let them talk till they can actually calculate #KhosiForeverIAm" – Tellotp

Meanwhile, many have said that Steve Komphela is beginning to get his combinations right and is finding the right men for the right jobs. Included in this is the ability to bench some former legends, as well as try out some players in some unconventional positions.

"Many people are beginning to eat humble pie but since they've got pride and are in denial, they can't accept that Chiefs are playing better football and Komphela is not afraid of benching Shabba, Parker and Masilela. Baxter never had the guts to bench them, even when they were costing us. Well done, Stevovo." – Keykey

"THE RISE OF LORENZO GORDINHO... already made team of the month and according to his present input he vote for a place in this month's team. He silently grows into a complete defender and needs support now and forever... Good win, Khosi!" – Zinho_mao1st

"Lorenzo Gordinho is a defender cum striker, he is scoring goals and he is saving your job, boss." – DR-barnes
