Kaizer Chiefs remain winless following their 3-1 loss to Bidvest Wits in their second 2018/19 Absa Premiership encounter on Tuesday evening at FNB Stadium.
The Clever Boys broke the deadlock as early as the 23rd minute courtesy of Deon Hotto. Although Leonardo Castro was able to level matters, putting the Glamour Boys back in the game before half-time, it was not good enough to keep the Soweto giants in it after Gavin Hunt's charges outclassed the Naturena side.
Supporters Club members have shared their mixed reactions, and Chiefs fan Diski_line expressed his displeasure with Amakhosi's performance, suggesting that some players from his beloved team should be given a break.
"Willard Katsande, Bernard Parker and Simphiwe Tshabalala should not don the Gold and Black jersey," he said.
"The first goal from Wits, Parker lost the ball for a straight counter from Wits. Second goal, Shabba tried to blame it on the young Ntiya-Ntiya even though the scorer was marked by him, and then he has the nerve to point out where the young left-back should have been.
"Then the third goal by the Clever Boys, it was again Shabba who couldn't clear the ball properly with his head, instead he headed the ball straight to Monare.
"Enough said about these old guys who don't want give the young ones a chance to play. We don't care about their pay cheque, I don't think any Khosi supporter cares about that at the moment."
