Kaizer Chiefs have been misfiring in front of goal since the departure of their previous top goalscorer in Knowledge Musona, and their current men up front, such as Bernard Parker, the injured Camaldine Abraw, Lewis Macha and Emmanuel Letlotlo, they have not solved Amakhosi's problems. However, with the glimpses shown by Zimbabwean international Michelle Katsvairo, there now seems to be a glimmer of hope.
At present, Chiefs' top goalscorer is a player in the heart of their defence, Lorenzo Gordinho, which is a tad bit of a scare since it shows that the attack has not been able to live up to the standards set by previous strikers.
The Naturena-based side used to be a team that gave opposition defenders a run for their money and their lethal strike force tormented other clubs. However, in recent times, we have been seeing a decline in the hunger that was once there.
Now, all hope lies on the shoulders of Katsvairo to bring back the glory days to the Glamour Boys. The Zimbabwean has been on the lips of many in the football fraternity as he has shown that he is capable of filling the void left by former countryman Musona.
Do you think Katsvairo can solve Chiefs' scoring problems?
