Baroka FC were edged out of the Telkom Knockout by a narrow 3-4 scoreline after extra time. The game was a spectacle of note, as it was an exciting end to end affair, however Bakgakga lost out in the dying stages of extra time when they conceded a goal less than three minutes from from the final whistle.
Supporters Club caught up with Joe Phahla, Bakgaka’s die hard supporter.
“Look I must say that I am pleased by the performance of the team.
"The boys played very well, and they played an exciting brand of football," he added.
"Yes we are disappointed with the loss but we cannot blame anyone.
"The boys did their best, but lady luck just didn’t smile at us," he continued.
“We will bounce back from that setback and we will start winning games again.
"We are in very good shape and our coach is a philosopher, so the boys will be motivated for our next game," he concluded.
Do you think luck deserted Baroka in their game?
