Borussia Dortmund star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Leicester City's Riyad Mahrez have already found the back of the net in the AFCON tournament that got under way in Gabon on Saturday.
Hosts Gabon began their campaign with an unexpected 1-1 draw against Guinea-Bissau, with their captain Aubameyang scoring their goal. Tournament favourites Algeria were also held to a tough 2-2 draw by Zimbabwe, and it was Mahrez who netted both strikes for Algeria.
Aubameyang and Mahrez have done well for their respective teams. The Gabonese is currently the leading goalscorer in the Bundesliga with 16 goals. Mahrez was crowned 2016 CAF African Player of the Year and also helped Leicester City clinch the 2015/16 season with 17 strikes of his own.
Both countries have had a slow start to the tournament, so Aubameyang and Mahrez will be instrumental in their teams' set-up for the rest of the competition.
Who do you think will have a stronger tournament, Aubameyang and Mahrez?
