Moroka Swallows are being threatened with another transfer ban after losing their appeal against former player Daniel Gozar, the Siya crew has been reliably informed.

The club had the Ghanaian national on their books from 2020 to 2023, although he was at one stage loaned to Black Leopards. He then had his contract terminated last year and went on to sign a deal with Kucuk Kaymakli in Cyprus.

Having taken the matter to FIFA through his legal representatives, the 30-year-old won the case in May last year, but the Dobsonville-based outfit appealed.
