A big move to the PSL is not being ruled out for Stephane Aziz Ki, the player’s agent has confirmed to the Siya crew.

Earlier in the week, Aziz Ki’s agent Zambro Traore confirmed that he has been invited by the player’s club, Young Africans for a possible extension of the midfielder’s contract.

The 28-year-old will see his existing deal expire at the end of June.

Yanga are making attempts to keep the attacking midfielder, seeing that he has been one of the influential players in their impressive season where they are competing for the league title.

Having joined the club in 2022 from Ivorian giants ASEC Mimosas, Aziz Ki is keen on a change of environment with a PSL move being part of his plans as confirmed the representative, amid reported interest from Orlando Pirates, Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns, among other clubs.

“We do want a change, I can confirm. Understand me correctly, the player has been happy here (Yanga) and there have been no problems, but I want him to change the league. He’s spent two years in this country (Tanzania) already and he has done very well. So, we are looking for something better,” said Traore, speaking exclusively to the Siya crew.

About reports linking the player to the Buccaneers, Amakhosi and the Brazilians, the agent said, “Yes, why not? South Africa has three big teams in their league, and they are some of the teams we can sit on the table and discuss with if they come to us (with offers). We don’t have any problem with coming to South Africa.”
