With Orlando Pirates currently in Durban in pursuit of their Nedbank Cup title defence, AmaZulu stand between them advancing to the semi-finals or exiting the competition.
The Buccaneers have already won the MTN8 this season, and to repeat the achievements of last season, will want to bag the Nedbank Cup as well, with the league seemingly out of reach as Mamelodi Sundowns are likely to defend it.

Coming from a convincing 7-1 victory against Golden Arrows in their previous match in the league last weekend, the Soweto giants will aim for consistency against another KwaZulu-Natal side this evening.
However, Jose Riveiro and the team will know that it won’t be easy against Usuthu who have been improving under Pablo Franco Martin.
The KZN giants come from a crucial 1-0 league win away against Cape Town City last weekend, having also kept a clean-sheet in their previous match – the 0-0 draw at home against Polokwane City.
Usuthu will want to capitalise on the unavailability of some key members of the Bucs squad, including defenders Nkosinathi Sibisi and Tapelo Xoki, who are both suspended for the clash.
