Pretoria Callies 3-2 Casric Stars
Casric Stars' eight-game unbeaten run came to an end after a narrow loss against Pretoria Callies in a five-goal thriller on Wednesday afternoon at TUT Stadium.
The Romans established a two-goal lead inside the first 34 minutes but Decide Chauke reduced the deficit for Stars on the stroke of half-time.
Callies restored their two-goal cushion on the hour-mark and Thulani Mbonani pulled another goal back for Casric with 12 minutes remaining but the Tshwane side held on to the maximum points.
Callies moved out of the relegation zone, up to 13th on the log while Casric slipped down to seventh.
Hungry Lions 3-1 Marumo Gallants
Marumo Gallants suffered their fifth defeat in the last six matches after they were thrashed 3-1 by Hungry Lions on Wednesday afternoon at Windhoek Draught Park.
Tshepo Chaine got the opener for Gallants with 15 minutes on the clock but Katlego Cwinyane equalised for Lions on the half-hour mark.
Raymond Daniels quickly gave the home side the lead four minutes later and Pitso Tlotlego sealed the maximum points for Ditau Dia Rora with seven minutes remaining.
Lions went up to within three points of log-leaders Obit College in fifth spot on the table and Bahlabane Ba Ntwa dropped down to second-from-bottom.
Platinum City Rovers 1-0 JDR Stars
Platinum City Rovers moved out of the relegation zone after edging JDR Stars 1-0 on Wednesday afternoon at Isak Steyl Stadium.
City Rovers moved off the foot of the table, up to 14th, just a point above the drop zone while the Hammerboys dropped down to eighth.

University of Pretoria 2-2 Orbit College
Orbit College remained at the top of the table despite a 2-2 draw against University of Pretoria on Tuesday afternoon at ABSA Tuks Stadium.
Mamelodi Sundowns loanee Thabang Sibanyoni broke the deadlock for AmaTuks on the stroke of half-time but Gomolemo Khoto levelled matters for Orbit early in the second stanza.
Mbulelo Wagaba put the visitors ahead on the hour-mark but Sibanyoni salvaged a point for the Tshwane side with the equaliser five minutes before time and completed his brace.
Orbit remained two points clear at the top of the log, above second-placed AmaTuks, who climbed up the log.
Maritzburg United 1-2 Baroka
Baroka got back to winning ways after edging Maritzburg United 2-1 on Tuesday evening at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium.
Bakgaga went up to third on the table, three points behind leaders Orbit College and the Team of Choice dropped down to 11th.
Milford 4-2 Black Leopards
Milford steered three points clear of the relegation zone with back-to-back wins after hammering Black Leopards 4-2 on Tuesday afternoon at Chatsworth Stadium.
Mvelo Zikakayo broke the deadlock for Milford midway into the first stanza, Ndlabi Siphosethu doubled their lead and made it 3-0 just before the interval and completed his brace.
Leopards pulled a goal back early in the second stanza but Zikakayo restored a three-goal lead for the Stallions on the hour-mark and also completed his brace.
Lidoda Duvha scored what proved another consolation goal in the dying minutes.
Milford moved up to 12th on the log and Leopards dropped down to ninth.
NB La Masia 2-2 Venda Football Academy
NB La Masia extended their unbeaten run to four matches after a 2-2 draw against Venda Football Academy on Tuesday afternoon at Isak Steyl Stadium.
La Masia went ahead after 18 minutes but Moeketsi Sekola restored parity for Venda four minutes later.
Reagan Lubesha quickly gave the visitors the lead 11 minutes before the break but Daine Klate's charges found the equaliser early in the second stanza.
La Masia were left lying tenth on the table with 22 points and Venda dropped down to the bottom of the log.
Magesi 2-1 Upington City
Upington City's three-game winning run came to an end after a 2-1 defeat to Magesi on Tuesday afternoon at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium.
Anathi Ngwadla opened the scoring for Magesi just before the half-hour mark but former Mamelodi Sundowns striker Keletso Makgalwa levelled matters for Upington eight minutes before the interval.
However, John Mokone snatched the winner for Dikwena early in the second stanza.
Magesi climbed up to sixth on the table with 27 points, just three points behind leaders Orbit College and Bafana Ba Gucci dropped down to fourth with the same number of points.
