Cristiano Ronaldo was seemingly mocked by an opponent after he missed a sitter in Al Nassr's penalty shootout loss in the AFC Champions League on Monday night.

The Portuguese forward and his colleagues went into their quarter-final second leg against Al Ain 1-0 down on aggregate.
Speaking ahead of the encounter, which was played in Saudi Arabia, Ronaldo issued a rallying cry in a pre-match press conference as he called for his teammates to put in everything they had to turn the tie around.
It was not to be for Al Nassr, though, as they were defeated on penalties following an aggregate score of 4-4 after 120 minutes were played on Monday.
The 39-year-old converted his effort from 12 yards, like he had done in extra-time of the match, but has made headlines for his high-profile miss from about two yards out in open play.

Following his comments leading up to the Champions League game, and his underwhelming performance over two legs, Al Ain goalkeeper Khaled Issa appeared pointed when he hailed his teammates as "men of action" in an interview with Abu Dhabi Sports Channel.
This was believed to be in response to Ronaldo's remarks a day earlier, which seemingly rubbed Al Ain's players up the wrong way.
Al Nassr have now failed to win any of their past three matches across all competitions, and will aim to get back on track when they take on Al Ahli in the Saudi Pro League on Friday.
